Mr. Semaan has 15 years of Elevator experience.
Mr. Semaan has worked both in the Middleast and North America in two of the leading elevator companies in the world.
Mr. Semaan has switched from elevator contracting to Elevator Consulting in the last 2 years.
Mr. Semaan is currently involved in specification of elevator systems as well as project supervision and site inspections.
Mr. Semaan played major roles in specification, and construction administration of the vertical transportation systems for new construction projects such as Daniel’s Developer for two residential towers, H&R Developers Two commercial towers Calgary, Four Season Hotel Cairo, Loblaws Enterprise major food chain supermarket development and Burnac Corporation 2 Towers.
Mr. Semaan has been in the area of new installation, modernization, condition assessment, technical audits, reserve fund studies, due diligence inspections and pre-purchase reviews across Canada and has performed over 200 Brookfield residential buildings, Dell Property Management over 100 buildings, Simerra Property Management 85 Buildings, GPM over 20 buildings and Audit and modernization of St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.

Experience:
Mr. Soberman is a graduate industrial engineer who has worked in the elevator industry for over 15 years - first for a major elevator contractor and then as an elevator consultant.
Mr. Soberman is currently involved in design and specification of elevator systems as well as project supervision and site inspections.
Mr. Soberman played major roles in the design, specification, and construction administration of the vertical transportation systems for new construction projects such as the CityPlace Development in Toronto, the Windsor Casino/Hotel near Toronto, and Bankers Hall in Calgary.
Mr. Soberman has been involved in the design of over 20 residential, office, and hotel towers in the Middle East and over 100 towers in Canada. In the area of elevator modernization, Mr. Soberman was responsible for such projects as Commerce Court (63 elevators) in Toronto and the Carlyle Hotel in New York City.
Mr. Soberman has performed over 500 building condition assessments, technical audits, reserve fund studies, due diligence inspections, and pre-purchase reviews across Canada and the United States.
